    Judy Olson Update:

Recently I posted a blog entry about a special person. Her name being Judy Olson. I went to her visitation last Tuesday and it was extremely weird amd difficult. Worst part is I cried. Yeah it sounds silly to say the worst part was crying to you but, it was a big deal for me. I hate crying in front of other people. I wanted to stay strong for her son.

    Joan Hunter:

Many people were healed by Jesus. Myself and a few others totally felt the power of the one and only Holy Spirit. We were on the floor laughing so hard we could barely stand up. God truely is amazing!

  • Joan Hunter

Tonight my church is hosting Joan Hunter. I am really excited to see what God is going to do tonight. I am going to ask Joan to pray for healing in my right foot. Back around four months ago I got a metatarsal stress fracture and partcial chipped bone in my right foot after dancing for Jesus at my church. I can't really run on it yet. I am running a five mile run in April so I need to be healed. Right now I can run about one block but then my foot will start throbbing.
The following is what my pastor wrote in the invite we sent out.

Joan Hunter is a compassionate minister, dynamic teacher, accomplished author, and anointed healing evangelist who has devoted her life to carry a message of hope, deliverance, and healing to the nations. As President and Founder of Joan Hunter Ministries, Hearts 4 Him and 4 Corners Foundation headquarters that are being built in Magnolia, Texas, Joan’s vision is to equip believers to take the healing power of God beyond the 4 walls of the church to the 4 corners of the earth.
Joan Hunter brings a powerful ministry to a world characterized by brokenness and pain. Having emerged victorious through tragic circumstances, impossible obstacles, and immeasurable devastation, Joan is able to share a message of hope and restoration to the brokenhearted, deliverance and freedom to the bound, and healing and wholeness to the diseased. Joan's life is one of uncompromising dedication to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as she exhibits a sincere desire to see the body of Christ live free, happy and whole.

  • Living Just To Die

Why do people die? Well the best answer I came up with was that everything that is born must die. So I ask myself the same question every time someone in my life passes away... I ask is it fair that good people seem to die more often than bad people?
What I came up was the truth behind that question. Good people die and bad people die. The fact is, is that somebody somewhere believes that a a bad person is really a good person and vice versa. So in actuality all people eventually die whether a good person or a bad person and no it's NEVER fair or easy. Take for example a man or woman on Death Row getting executed. He or she has a family who doesn't want them to die because they love him or her. Then there is a victims family that believes it is the only way for justice for there own loss. Get my point?

I started thinking about this today because I got the news from a friend of mine that one my favorite teachers growing up had passed away last night in a hospital after fighting Pancreatic Cancer. She was a great lady who was loved by many. She touched so many lives by being a teacher, coach, and more importantly a friend to many students over the years. I read that she had been teaching since the 80's so you can imagine all the people touched by her. She was my middle school volleyball coach for 7th grade she gave me the most improved player award and hardest worker award. :) She was also my health teacher for 7th and 8th grade. I loved her smile and her ability to give advice when I really needed advice. Recently a news station in LaCrosse WI gave here an award all of her own. It's called the Top Notch Teacher Award, they also shared her story. You may watch it here http://www.wkbt.com/global/story.asp?s=11768760
